"We stayed in the hotel recently 2 times while having a trip in Romania, the second time was 2 days after we checked out the first time. We are a family of 6 - even though the hotel confirmed they have a big enough apartment that will be ready for six, in reality in both times the room was set for 4. On the first time the team tried their best to help even though the required person was in sick leave. On the second time I had to argue with the reception guy - who was very unpleasant and unwilling to help. Only after showing him the confirmation email for the 2 other beds, he said ok, tomorrow he will call the manager to check what to do - again I had to argue that he should help today.... Bottom line... The hotel is descent, the service is very poor. The breakfast is ok. The lobby bar is constantly closed, so no bar at the lobby. The room (so called apartment) was not big enough for a family of 6, as they claimed when I made the reservation. For 4 it is ok, but ot is not an apartment, it is a room with 2 separate bedrooms, that's it. We will not come back there."

Varied breakfast, but breakfast restaurant a bit noisy and confusing. Sauna section with pool was a plus. Also private balcony, but balcony chairs were missing."

However, there were music parties outside the hotel for two days, which was quite noisy, with loud music playing until almost midnight, making it impossible to sleep when I returned to my room at noon."

Śniadanie było ograniczone, ale wystarczające i jestem pewien, że gdybyśmy poprosili o coś innego, postaraliby się spełnić nasze oczekiwania. Bar był otwarty 24 godziny na dobę i można było zamówić dowolne napoje. Chętnie tam wrócę i gorąco polecam."
